I don't know about you, but I am strong starter. Finishing? Well, I'm not as good at that. How about you? The good news. It is never to late to start OR finish for that matter.
There are 79 days remaining in 2017. Did you set goals, intentions, or resolutions in January? Have you kept with them? Most likely, you have slacked off or completely thrown in the towel. Will you do me a favor? Pick up the proverbial towel, or get a new towel.
With candy in October, feasts in November, and Christmas parties galore in December not to mention ringing in 2018 with a party or two, let's create some habits to get us to January 1 feel our best ever. You in?
Pick a few healthy habits you want to create in your life and get started right now. Need some suggestions? How about getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night or drinking half your body weight in ounces of water? Maybe you want to move your body for at least 30 minutes every day. Perhaps you want to eliminate a food that you know doesn't make you feel so great. I know this may sound crazy, but I am eliminating refined sugar for the time being. It hasn't been easy so far, but the cravings are lessening. Oh, and I feel great! I'm shocked that there is pretty much sugar in everything processed.
